2 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold by The Reset Method are digital downloads delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to download your files. Files are delivered via email and/or a secure download page.

3 — NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

4 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, and materials within our products are owned exclusively by The Reset Method. You may print and use the products for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute our products in any form, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written permission.

5 — PERSONAL USE ONLY
Our products are licensed for personal use only. Purchasing a product does not grant you any right to claim authorship, resell the content, or use it for commercial purposes including but not limited to coaching programmes, group courses, or redistributed downloads in any format.

6 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products are provided for informational and personal development purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on effort, circumstances, and individual application.

7 — TESTIMONIALS AND USER CONTENT
If you choose to share feedback, results, or testimonials with us — whether by email, direct message, or by tagging us on social media — you grant The Reset Method permission to use your words, screenshots, or likeness in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, sales pages, social media, and email communications.

We will never share identifying personal information such as your full name, email address, or location without your explicit prior consent. Where testimonials are used publicly, we will use only your first name and general context unless you have provided written permission for further detail.

You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us. We will remove the content from active use within a reasonable timeframe following your request.

8 — PAYMENT AND SECURITY
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Reset Method does not store your payment details. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products.

10 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Reset Method operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
